The Rapid Diagnostic Breast Center’s Breast Health
Program responds to the needs of uninsured/underinsured
low income and ethnic minority individuals in the Lower
Naugatuck Valley along a continuum. This includes
educating women about the benefits of screening
mammography, overcoming access issues, offering free
mammograms, providing rapid diagnostic testing for a
newly discovered lump, and offering classes which focus
on survivors quality of life and well being.
