Rose's Legacy Golf Tournament raises over $97,000 in
Three Years

Employee Family Protection Inc. of Glastonbury has raised more
than $97,000 to benefit the Connecticut Affiliate of Susan G.
Komen for the Cure, during the past three years by hosting
Rose's Legacy Golf Tournament at Wethersfield Country Club. The
event honors the memory of Rose Tomaino, a founding employee of
the firm who passed away nearly three years ago from breast
cancer. Pictured, from left, are: Charles Stepnowski, president

Town of Stratford employees and Mayor James R. Miron's
Charitable Foundation presented a check for $800 to Anne
Morris, Executive Director of Susan G. Komen for the Cure
Connecticut in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Town employees' campaign, led by Marsha Benno, Assessment
Clerk, raised $400 with a $400 match from the Mayor's Charitable
Foundation.
